How to make hair wraps

After seeing how to take care of our skin with simple ingredients and easy to find even less in the kitchen provided, we move now focus on hair.

Yeah, pretty much sore point. ... Who has them wants to smooth curls and conversely, some people complain because it has too many and they are invincible, others because they have few and they want more voluminous, some people are plagued from dandruff, split ends from those who have hair too fat, some too sechi, those who have oily skin and dry ends. ... HELP!

Unfortunately we have to live with the hair we have, we can not make miracles, but we can learn a few tricks to make them more beautiful and healthier looking. By regularly compresses, you can improve those imperfections that afflict us so much. By regularly I mean 1-2 times per month, no more: the risk that we run, "stressing" the hair with too many cosmetic interventions, although of course, is that any increase too.

As for the skin, including hair the necessary ingredients are already in our fridge, along with what we see.

Wrap in olive oil for frizzy hair and dandruff:

Preheat the amount of oil that are adequate, depending on the length of your hair, apply it evenly over the scalp and the MonGhezzi and massage gently. Cover everything with a towel (preferably hot) and leave for at least an hour.

Wash as usual.

If you prefer, you can substitute olive oil with sesame oil.

Wrap mayonnaise brittle hair:

Ingredients:

2 egg yolks 200 g of olive oil

Put the yolks in a bowl and slowly pour the oil hitting everything with a small whip. Apply the mayonnaise evenly over the scalp and hair, leave in 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

The wrap is very effective in restoring the hair weak and brittle new strength and vitality.

Wrap the egg and honey for dry hair:

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons honey 1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon lemon juice

MescOlate these ingredients well and apply on hair after normal shampoo, when they are still wet. Wrap the hair with a towel and leave for at least 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Wrap avocado hair weak, that break:

Ingredients:

1 avocado 2 egg yolks

Mash the avocado with a fork (or with a mixer if it is not soft enough) and mix with egg yolks. Apply on hair and leave at least 20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly, perhaps using a little 'juice of lemon will help to make your hair shinier.

Dell'impacco The remains are kept safely in the refrigerator and you can use them as nourishing facial mask.

Wrap with avocado and aloe vera for dry hair: trong>

Ingredients:

1 avocado 1-2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Mash the pulp of avocado and well mixed with other ingredients. Apply the mixture on clean hair, still wet, and leave for at least 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

This wrap nourishes dry hair making it soft and silky.

Wrap propolis for oily hair:

Ingredients:

60g yoghurt White 10g of tincture of propolis 125g honey 1 egg yolk

Mix all ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture which it would apply on damp hair, massaging gently. Leave for 30 minutes and remove with uno mild shampoo. This pack restore volume and lightness to the hair weighed down by fat.
