How to cook with flowers: the chicken with primroses

The primrose is known, are an excellent addition to our salad . Delicate, yet tasty. They also contain soothing substances, a bit 'like chamomile and valerian, though we hope a good sleep on summer evenings, a nice salad with the addition of primroses will satisfy our appetite without weighing it down and cotemporarily reconcile "a nap". But why not try the delicate yellow flowers in a dish most important and elaborate? No exaggerations, calm: just that "extra touch" to make us look good in an evening with friends (not recommended for lunch on Sunday with his parents and conservative subscribers roast).

Ingredients for the chicken with primroses
(doses for two to three people)

6 chicken breasts (or turkey if you prefer!) Already cleaned ½ cup dry white wine two tablespoons of oil a knob of butter salt, pepper a handful of flour a handful of flowers primrose

Instructions:

Thoroughly wash the flowers of primrose (that is always the rule of water with baking soda or vinegar and water dthe apples). Make sure to use flowers, possibly of your balcony, to have the mathematical certainty that have not been treated with pesticides or fungicides. Pass the chicken breasts in flour. Heat in a high-sided frying oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Once the chicken is lightly golden, add white wine and chopped petals primrose. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook stirring occasionally. Once curdled sauce, chicken breasts are ready. Serve garnished with flowers and clean advanced accompany them with a nice green salad.
