How to prepare the rice salad
Summer, time for fresh foods that must be satisfied in the belly and throat without weighing it down: What's better than a 'rice salad, perfect for a dinner among friends ?
Beware, though, is a really easy dish to make, but not trivial.
First, is really better not to use ready-made pickles, but use only fresh ingredients. In this regard, you can pick according to your taste and your needs, here are the standard ones.
Preparation

Instructions
Put water on to boil while you are going to prepare the sauce. The amount of rice to cook depends on the number of persons for whom you are preparing, however, counted about a pound per person. What moves is still good to eat as little aperitif at your next meal, you just keep it in the refrigerator.
When the rice is ready, let it cool initially by pulling them fresh water.
